Toxic negative company, family run by people with no respect for others, no idea what they want, employ people with vision and then shut them down, treat everyone like they are stupid / incompetent /out to do them harm. don’t value anyones time, opinion or experience, offer jobs under false pretences, give a list of benefits on the job offer that are never given, too much micro managment of senior staff, no authority given to mid level mangers to manage teams so there are cliques of very unwelcoming junior staffers. awful awful HR huge turn over of staff
