      Pros

      Nice office space, with the latest technology. Some nice people work there.

      Cons

      Many redundancies so think carefully before leaving a stable job to go work there. Management can be very cold and made staff redundant on the spot and walked them out there and then!

      Flexible time schedule and work management

      Cons

      6 day work per week. Saturday is half day.

      Pros

      Good team of coders for a bit. Mostly nice staff on ground level.

      Cons

      Not treated like staff. The management treat the technical team terribly. Bullying, disparaging, negative reinforcement. "I don't care about any of you, you are all numbers to me. If you leave, i'll get someone else in to do it". Good luck with that management style. The way sales is treated... might even be worse. A bad leader can take a good company and destroy it, causing the best employees to flee and the remainder to lose all motivation
