Around two years ago there was an MBO; the new management team are sharks who have massively upped price whilst bizarrely reducing value. They have upset and lost almost all clients in that 2 year period and slowly taken away most of the benefits available for staff.

Not treated like staff. The management treat the technical team terribly. Bullying, disparaging, negative reinforcement. "I don't care about any of you, you are all numbers to me. If you leave, i'll get someone else in to do it". Good luck with that management style. The way sales is treated... might even be worse. A bad leader can take a good company and destroy it, causing the best employees to flee and the remainder to lose all motivation
