Pros
All expense paid social events across the wider company and within the department team. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. No micro management and you’re trusted to get on with your own tasks and initiatives. Hard-working people. Fair salary and good job perks. Hybrid working for flexibility. Good bonus scheme. Most of the Freedom Finance staff have been at the company for years, which is a good indicator as to whether the company is a good one to work for.
Cons
Office is quite small and could do with a freshen up. Could do with new office chairs. Could implement a few more job perks such as the ability to work from another country for x amount of time. On site parking can be a bit of a nightmare and not everyone gets allocated a designated space. Not seen a route for progression through the company as of yet which is a bit concerning.
