Pros
The thing that stands out the most to me is the culture of the organisation. Never before have I worked for a company where a team of people are so aligned to the company values. Ask any one of the team, and they will be able to list all of Arowana's core values and characteristics, as it is ingrained into how we work. Personally, this has aligned positively for me, as it creates a want mindset, rather than a need to work mindset.
Cons
The work-life balance can sometimes be blurred, as some days there are long hours, and with being a truly global business, having late/early calls with other countries, or being on standby during these hours can blur this balance. Also being a truly global business means I don't get to meet a lot of my team in person, so being an extrovert like myself, I would rather want to meet up for coffees with colleagues.
