Good place to start an entry level job, move around a bit in different roles, and begin making moves to more senior roles. Easygoing and friendly people, some of who have a great deal of expertise and knowledge. Fairly decent onboarding experience. Some decent benefits after you pass probation.
Cons
No given annual salary increase, nor performance based increase without begging. Lack of efforts into proper continuous learning. As mentioned, benefits okay but not compared other companies in similar industries.
