Pros

Free Coffee, lots of connections to different parts of the business, SHOULD be a great entry level position.

Cons

Management is a mess, they have no idea how to do the job that they manage, the difference in management is either a complete micro-manager who is constantly breathing down your throat or a manager that is hard to ever get in contact with because they are CONSTANTLY in meetings. They do not provide anything to our department, raises are difficult to come by and the only way that you are recognized is if you spend all of your time sucking up to managers. There is absolutely NO growth in this department and the constant shifting of accounts, rules and management is tiresome. The company as a whole is just as a giant corporation would be, they cater to their executives while providing little to no support to the smaller employees. Their employee retention is horrible. If you can manage to get out of customer care it's difficult to find manager support to do so.

Pros

I had a very positive experience interning at Arrow Electronics. The management team was supportive and approachable, and communication was clear and consistent throughout my time there. Expectations were well‑defined, and I always knew where to go if I had questions or needed guidance. My coworkers were professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with, which made collaboration smooth and enjoyable. Arrow also has a strong support system in place for interns, which helped create an environment where learning and growth were encouraged. Overall, Arrow Electronics provided a well‑structured and professional internship experience, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to have been part of the team. I would recommend Arrow to students looking for a solid and supportive internship environment.

Cons

I truly cannot think of much other than IT related hurdles which slowed down progress on my projects initially.
