Pros
- Mission Thanksgiving is an awesome event - The marketing department always does a great job. Unfortunately the dealership doesn't live up to the picture they paint.
Cons
- It is family owned. Unfortunately it's the nepotism all over the place type of family owned. - VERY unstable. You never know what direction or vision you are sharing from one day to the next. Policies, people, and positions change with no rhyme or reason. - Frankly it is just grimey. Lots of manipulative pay plans and robbing Peter to pay Paul scenarios. Unfortunately these immoral business practices bleed over to the personal side as well. Always seems like there is personal drama. Someone is sleeping with someone's husband/wife etc. Just gross
