Serious Mid Level Leadership Issues - Talent Acquisition Specialist Arrow Strategies Employee Review

Mid level leadership was seriously lacking, and specifically my manager had no experience leading people. Not willing to provide any professional development, other than a training course put on by someone else. After the training program, there was nothing. There is a game room and other amenities that are offered, but the general feeling is that they are there for your enjoyment, but dont get caught using any of it. Very poor work home life balance. No flexibility in the schedule.
