I love 90% of what I do there, my coworkers are friendly and there are some good managers there to fuel change.

The homeowners (the ones who pay the dues and my salary) are some of the nastiest people I've ever met in my life. Their first reaction is to get angry and spread lies than come to the staff for an answer.
