Friendly behavior before joining and makes false commitments for convincing people

- No values of an employees, they treat them very badly and inappropriate manner after 2-3 months once hired in the company. - Uncommon timings for task completion, gives extra works and forced to wait till late nights and Pressurize the employee to work in late nights. - Bad-mannered, boorish, impolite, uncivilized manager, Which uses very abusive and apathetic words, behave madly with employees. - Majority of company's employees left the job because of poor & dumb management even they have to break the bond. - I don't know why HR can convince the person for joining and that joined person doesn't remain and left the job within bond period due to management behavior. - Do or die situation for employee. - Disgusting companies rules and managment which may realize you that you are working in any non-it industry. - If they offering doubling amount as a salary,still it is the worst decision to join there. - There is no option for negative rating, that's why I am giving one - I think after my review one Obsequious from management will come and again give the 5 rating to improve their ratings on glassdoor.
