-directors have their favourites and will promote them (friends, partners, family members) -male dominated environment to be in -if you want to get promoted you need to be friends or lovers with senior stakeholders -not diverse in terms of ethnicity -if you are coming from another agency, be aware they will level you down to a lower level and you will notice many managers there have much less experience and knowledge than you -low salary compared to many other agencies
