People are really kind and caring, they let you take your time to adapt. You can ask a lot of question, even those that seems dumb, they'll answer
Cons
Direction is a lot absent, not very communicative. Very few evolution perspective, and very few open-ended contract. Mostly freelance or fixed-term contract, espacially for QAs. They aren't lasting more than 1,5 year.
