- Lot of illegal practices (disguised employment freelancing, % of internship, interns used as productive workforce, temporary contracts above 18mo, trial period even after temporary contracts, frozen budget for representatives, non-licensed softwares, etc.) - VERY severely lacking money : sells itself as a "good bang for buck" (aka low-cost) dev company - Average salary far below industry average - Lacking seniors - No daily advantages above legal minimum (half of transportation, bad healthcare, that's all) - Suboptimal work condition in "Gemeaux" building (non working windows, no sun protection, leaky pipes, ...) - really bad conditions in "Descartes" building (underheated, crappy toilets, eating in the open space area, not even a water boiler to make some tea).... except for the HR (heat, nicer toilets, boiler.............), what a surprise - Significant turnover in most jobs - Anti-remote policy - Severely lacking gender/ethnicity diversity, no will to change - Shady cronyism relations with publishers - Nosy ""creative"" ""direction"" in search of ego-repairing recognition - Toxic, incompetent and outdated writer consultant - HR decisions seems based on a lot of improvisation - Don't really learn from past projects mistakes - Not listening to worker's needs at all (globally lacking trust)
