inspire creatives across the world to do cool things. We also 'do our bit' and since the start of 2020 have raised over £250k for worthy charities across the world. It makes you proud to be a part of FXhome!
I'd say we're a close knit bunch and we're given all the support we need on both a professional and personal level. We have a community of over 6m creatives globally that love what we do and provide us with constant feedback and we get to see first hand what impact our work has and what we help create.

Salaries are competitively with both Norwich and Cambridge markets and offer benefits way above the average. No complaints there.

We have regular surveys to feed back any concerns or suggestions, so things are generally quickly resolved or improved. They are keen to make it a great place to work.
