Pros
Coworkers are nice. Benefits are cheap and okay.
Cons
This USED to be a company that I and many others were proud to work for; many people have worked here for decades. In the last few years, there has been a disconnect between the executive committee and the rest of ARUP employee body. In recent months this disconnect has become an irreparable chasm. Upper management completely ignores any feedback they disagree with. The Return to Office mandate disregards ARUPs pillars and previous values. All of these factors have caused many talented, reliable, and decades-long employees to look elsewhere. It’s such a shame, this once special place has been ruined by those at the top. The company focus is no longer about patient care or employee camaraderie, it’s only about margins.
