      Great group of guys that I work with

      Cons

      Company higher ups are out of their depth, alot of empty promises. Some people that are in positions that are not qualitlfied to have. Bonus structure is rigged to restrict any real reward. Company continues to make terrible decisions without listening to the ones out in the field. Company is running by people that don't know the industry!

      Pay and benefits are average , PTO increases after seniority, paid holidays, you can express your concerns.

      Cons

      Some concerns are ignored, they demote senior technicians within and bring outside management, longer hours and bad route optimizations
