Pros

Sometimes they will give you free stuff.

Cons

The turn around is very high. I worked in the sample lab the job was routine and boring.Training took one day. Anyone with two thumbs could do this position yet they now require that you need a science degree. They hire lots of people through staffing agencies claiming they will hire you on after three months and at two and half months will get rid of you for no reason. This happened to more than just me.

Pros

- Cares about their people - Great benefits (medical, dental, vision), paid time-off, flexible scheduling - Supports professional growth, encourages continued learning

Cons

It's a great company overall, not a whole lot of complaints beyond the typical opportunity for more communication, etc.

Pros

The few upsides are the flexibility in the schedule, the company events and the end-of-year bonus(not guaranteed).

Cons

Everything else is a con. The cliques, the non-communication, lack of training are just to name a few. There is a lack of communication,, not only within the departments, but co-departmentally. there is a vast lack of training in the labs especially, but the expectations are high. You are not trained until they need you to cover for another department/area. Even then, they rush the training so they can get back to work. The turnover rate is so high that there is rarely anyone there to train you properly anyway. The tension is very thick due to the cliques and the immature nature of management. The labs/production also don't listen to the concerns of the technicians/compounders. There is a totem pole mentality at this company. The labs and production are not held to the same standards as the rest of the salaried employees. There is definite favoritism streaming in every department and it brings morale down drastically.
