Executive team are scientists and have a deep understanding of the work and the platform.

Still a startup so high pressure environment and the need to continually bring in funding. Executive team are scientists...so their experience/training in managing a company and people is sometimes lacking and it can result in disjointed communication and dead-ended policies and a feeling of disconnection for staff. Their heart is in the right place though, it isn't malicious. That said overall I think its a great company, I struggled with whether to give 5 stars or 4 but chose four as there is room for improvement as there is really anywhere.
