This isn’t just another job where people clock in and out. The team here genuinely cares about the work, the mission, and making a difference for the future. No empty talk, just people who are serious about what they do. Leadership is approachable, too. If you’ve got something to say, they’re willing to hear it. No unnecessary red tape, just honest communication. That kind of transparency makes the work feel worth it. Employee engagement activities are a thing and actually enjoyable. Feels like working with friends instead of just coworkers.
Cons
Work can be challenging with new concepts and new programs rolling out once in a while, but it comes with the territory and helps you grow in skill. it's more of a mindset thing in the moment.
