1) Insurance costs $1600/month for a family 2) They don't offer paid maternity/paternity leave, don't match 401K contributions 3) Leadership will scapegoat lower level employees if they miss their own deadlines 4) Harassment, bullying, discrimination, and hostility from Leadership is a common daily occurrence 5) If they fire you, they will not allow you to take YOUR PERSONAL BELONGINGS with you. They will go through it, keep what they want, and send you the rest 6) Due to funding issues, the agency is downsizing monthly. Your job is NOT secure, no matter what they claim 7) They fight against paying unemployment for employees 8) They increase responsibilities and expectations without no training, little support, and of course $0 pay increase 9) Leadership will talk bad about you to other employees behind your back
