Contracts can be extended with no previous warning, they can keep extending a contract without offering you a position which means you'll be working as long as they want with no real benefits and only 2 Holiday's paid a year:Thanksgiving day and Christmas. They stop checking in on you after the first 4months, will not call even notify you that the contract gig you have is getting extended significantly.
