      Good way to get your foo in the door.

      Cons

      Contracts can be extended with no previous warning, they can keep extending a contract without offering you a position which means you'll be working as long as they want with no real benefits and only 2 Holiday's paid a year:Thanksgiving day and Christmas. They stop checking in on you after the first 4months, will not call even notify you that the contract gig you have is getting extended significantly.

      They coach you for interviews and can assist in updating your resume. Quick to respond and is basically ur hr while ur still a temp.

      Cons

      The benefits aren't as great as a permanent position, obviously. Also helps to know how much your worth before letting them negotiate your hourly.
