      Do not recommend working for any of the owners. Inconsistent communication, toxic, negative and does not treat everyone equal. Pay was low and internal systems were inconsistent with the truth.

      Owners are never on the same page. Performance and job responsibilities expectations are high. Too many tasks are given to be fulfilled. Compensation plans are complex and hard to understand. Owners allow certain leaders to mistreat employees by ignoring the problem or excusing actions.
