Great third party companies that work with Ascent. Great clients.

Cons

Do not recommend working for any of the owners. Inconsistent communication, toxic, negative and does not treat everyone equal. Pay was low and internal systems were inconsistent with the truth.

Employees hold the power to make a change. The company is going through a lot if internal changes with a branding change and a change in the structure of the company. The company is moving to a specialty model of which will show more success across the board. Ascent being in the top tier of their game is only getting better.

Cons

With the changes happening at Ascent PGS patients is needed but the proactive moves will pay off in the future.
