- BD role here is super demanding and challenging, need to sell many things and many markets with little support; very difficult for new comers - Need to hunt clients, do media planner work and also account servicing, need read contracts too - heavy workload but pay so so - Execution team often make mistakes and BD need to handle clients complain and termination, very stressed - Long working hours, all teamheads always need OT - management favor execution team, never fix their issues just keep chasing BD sign more clients but never care client terminate
