- BD role here is super demanding and challenging, need to sell many things and many markets with little support; very difficult for new comers - Need to hunt clients, do media planner work and also account servicing, need read contracts too - heavy workload but pay so so - Execution team often make mistakes and BD need to handle clients complain and termination, very stressed - Long working hours, all teamheads always need OT - management favor execution team, never fix their issues just keep chasing BD sign more clients but never care client terminate

The manager don’t stay in HK, lack of help if you’re a new comer. Also, the team expect you to control everything and don’t make complaints to affect them. The teammates are very young and don’t expect you can ask or learn anything from them.
