This company full of politics. This admin head created most of office politics that affected the colleague relationship and got worse. Worst top management, Confirmed from some of the Head of department that they are “encouraged” by top management to write positive reviews in glassdoor during their HODs meeting. If all positive reviews are being forced by directors during management meetings, it may be worth addressing this issue to ensure fair and honest feedback is being provided. Transparency and open communication are key in creating a positive work environment. Top management also “encouraged” staff to rate/ write good comments in yearly surveys to gain awards for great places to work. I hope will take action on this matter (GPTW) and also Admin head and one of the top management are long years friends-related this should be against the company's compliance.
