Pros
Pt salary quite high if you hit the minimum for their contract hours. Transport provided one way. Bonus during PH or peak periods is good too. Some doctors willing to train staff (even part timers to learn how to draw blood) so good place to learn new skills. Had one doctor who actually came up and spoke up for my colleague and I when an elderly patient were screaming at us. Am thankful for doctors like him because some patients only respect doctors and not the clinic staff. I’d say, sometimes even if they assign you every far, some doctors and colleagues are worth travelling for than staying in an outlet with ppl who clearly don’t want to work.
Cons
Your working experience really depends on which outlet you’re assigned to. Some managers will nitpick dress codes but turn a blind eye to their favourites. Had colleagues who showed up in sleeveless tops before but never kenna by the male manager but male manager will say a square neck top is not appropriate. Had bad doctors who would watch football in between seeing patients too, delaying their waiting times while impatient or sickly patients will come begging to you at the counter to jump queue or scream at you in the face while managers just keep quiet and the doctor inside still continues watching his football games.
