You might get some benefit out of it for the first couple of years if you have no background in tech. After that, cut your losses and move on.
Cons
Systemic sexism, ageism, and ableism. Performance and effort has no correlation with your position or pay. Board members and upper management basically view us as children. Employee complaints are met with defensiveness and/or completely ignored. No boundaries with clients. Terrible contract management, with the resulting chaos passed down to leads and analysts. Secrecy and sometimes outright dishonesty from management.
