Very useful insurance service for end user.

Out of touch with current practices. Poor leadership, communication and collaboration between departments. Franchise recruitment in decline for last 3 years . Management, systems and processes are out of date and not agile enough. Focus on presenting a positive image and celebrating successes rather than supporting recruitment to grow the business.

They offer a great service to their Clients, look after their staff /Franchise owners and are the best in the Industry.
