Our CEO’s vision incorporates a positive, flexible, and open organizational culture, and we’re excited to move forward with these changes to improve the organization as a whole.

      Pros

      Management changes now truly focused on employees and core business. Every employee truly empowered and making a difference. Very positive place to work.

      Cons

      Employees need to be adaptable to change and be able to take on additional responsibilities outside their core role.

      The team is excellent, the technology is amazing, and the opportunity is good.

      Cons

      The turnaround is fast; if you do not bring in the business as quickly as possible, you are out. The sales cycle is 9-12 months.
