Pros

It is a great company and I highly recommend for anyone looking to get into FinTech

Cons

A little far from where I live and Norcross traffic is extremely heavy especially on I-85.

Pros

Bank holidays are nice. Benefits are standard for any corporation but its still nice to have them. Not super demanding allowing the work to be done with limited stress.

Cons

A lot.. -Growth/raises are pretty much non existent for the most part, not without EXTREMELY significant time investment and unpayed overwork in the company and even then the growth is limited and the executives are stingy. -The work is pretty uninteresting, I found limited value in my experience here for my resume or transferable skills as well. Most people have very little to do here.. -Culture is very culty at times. Some people act like the credit union is their life, which feels a bit dystopian. A lot of fake or weird people employed as well. Doesnt help the office enviroment can be incredibly juvenile/high school-esque with all the gossip and drama, its pretty unprofessional. -Younger talent isnt really invested in, lack of proper remote work, long commutes and poor pay ensure lack of long term tenure. Work environment is aggressively older and not as welcoming to a younger crowd.
