You have a lot of independence. Consistent work. Lots of days off (180 worked per year). Some flexibility of schedule.

There is a lot of turnover, especially of management. I have been with the company 4 years and have had 5 different direct supervisors.

Great learning environment. Knowledgeable people everywhere. Fun programs for toddlers. Lots of supplies and resources. Beautiful clinic. Friendly coworkers. Great OT gym. A sense of community.

Low pay, high workload, and inflexible schedule. I got burnt out. They don't really strive to serve their employees and consequently there is a pretty high turn-over rate.
