Toxic Managers at Avalon Mall - Cashier Associated Students (Cal Poly) Employee Review

I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the discriminatory practices and hostile work environment at our workplace. It is distressing to witness the unfair treatment of employees based on their ability to obtain Mastercards in a day, which creates unnecessary pressure and undermines morale among cashiers. Furthermore, the lack of value placed on cultural diversity and the sole focus on monetary gain is unacceptable. The scheduling issues, including disregarding employees' availability preferences and withholding schedules without prior notice, add to the distress and uncertainty. Despite attempts to maintain a facade of politeness, the actions of management do not reflect genuine concern for the well-being of employees.
