BEWARE! - RentCollect/IQ Data is not the same as Assurant! - Collector Assurant Employee Review

Horrible environment, VP is abusive and power hungry. Tries to destroy you and then build you up so he can own you! IQ Data is one of the worst collection agencies I have worked at. Top down, bad. You are pushed to do whatever you can, Assurant has tried to change things, scripts, etc. But, it's still a really damaging environment. If I can find another place that pays this good, I'm out.
