Pros
Benefits are the Pro's!!! I have been at Assurant for 3 years. I feel if you can push thru for at least 6 months it gets better. The people who work there is what keeps me going back.
Cons
Not appreciated from corporate office or higher ups. It is not a easy job you are sitting at a desk for 8 hours talking to customers who have lost, had mobile device stolen or broke. People forget that you get nothing for free. People can be darn right MEAN!!. Pay is not that good
