Middle management below the Exec level are too happy with pretending it is still the 90's Block every idea, block any new direction. Expenses are much too high. Technology with no investment for decades is now woefully out of date. HR are not working to help the company but to keep their own crazy processes in place to keep their jobs A US company that does not care about anything but the share price and profits.
