Good for some not for others - Anonymous employee Assurant Employee Review

Leadership is under qualified, training is terrible unless you have experience with AMC's. If you are 1 minute late you WILL be written up. There is no flexibility with being tardy or calling out. Saw several people get fired. Don't get me wrong leadership is cool however, they don't spend there day coaching and developing well no one does this unless you do something wrong.
