Pros

This was an okay job at the time, taking calls all day got double rate for over time had team meetings, good incentives, free healthcare

Cons

Quite strict on timescales in order for them to meet Their SLA - the customer could be completely satisfied with the call but you fail if you forget to mention 1 thing

Pros

Remote work across all lines of business allows for a flexible work environment

Cons

There is almost no opportunity for growth. The company laid off quite a few employees recently as part of a planned reduction in force while also reporting its highest quarterly earnings. There's no loyalty to tenured employees.
