      Pros

      warm place to work in the winter,good parking lot, the carpeting is nice, in most cases the restrooms are kept up

      Cons

      horrible compensation plan, unqualified supervisors, micromanagement , very poor sales training department everything is scripted by a trainer with no recognizable talent to even tie his shoes.

      Pros

      Remote work across all lines of business allows for a flexible work environment

      Cons

      There is almost no opportunity for growth. The company laid off quite a few employees recently as part of a planned reduction in force while also reporting its highest quarterly earnings. There's no loyalty to tenured employees.
