      Pros

      This really is an awesome place to work. I can honestly say that this is the only company that I have worked for were people seem happy to come to work. There is plenty of room for advancement and you get to have a home life. This company sets the bar high when it comes to ethics and values.

      Cons

      There are no downsides as of now and I honestly do not expect any since the management staff truly listens to you and takes your ideas into consideration. .

      Pros

      Remote work across all lines of business allows for a flexible work environment

      Cons

      There is almost no opportunity for growth. The company laid off quite a few employees recently as part of a planned reduction in force while also reporting its highest quarterly earnings. There's no loyalty to tenured employees.
