Great people to work with. Everyone is very helpful and caring.
Cons
Company is ran by the wrong type of management. The management has poor leadership skills. They tend to micromanage the office instead of actually assisting you on the floor. You can tell that the only aspect that the managers and team leads are focused on is trying to move to the highest position versus trying to assist their employees.
