Zero communication with direct manager. There are a lot of team leads with and ego and minimal technical automotive experience, and the set a negative tone in the support chats. Often times team leads would make you jump thru hoops answering questions that would not directly affect the claim decision just to disagree with the claim as it was set up approved or denied
