      People are nice & easy to work with Great Benefits, especially 401k match Northbrook office is nice

      Cons

      Senior leadership & HR are useless Outdated systems & processes Refusal to challenge the status quo despite poor performance

      Good benefits, not many layoffs

      Cons

      Managers are hit or miss. Lots of favoritism not based on performance and they tend to hire 22 year olds with no knowledge of sales, making the company less valuable and sales reps to have bad reputations with doctors. Makes sense why there’s constant lawsuits. Salaries also aren’t competitive
