Good company - Dryliner/Ceiling Fixer Astins Employee Review

Some nice people if you can figure out who are the fake ones. (There are a few!)

No work life balance at all. Work is life. You are expected to do more than you are paid to do. No appreciation. Rubbish attitude. They have an attitude that you are expected to shut up and do what you are told even if unreasonable. You are made to feel like you can just leave and they wouldn’t care. People like to walk around saying how stressed they are all the time even though they pass majority of their work onto different departments. Salary extremely low. Promises of career progression that never happen - probably due to the fact they don’t want to put their hand in their pocket! Even though you are doing the role anyway!! You are expected to do a higher role but they won’t change your job description/title or increase salary!

Amazing People Great Values Hard workers Treated Fairly Improvement opportunities for everyone! Continuous training provided great management! they do not just sit there and do nothing, they are always involved and share work loads good salary and great benefits. I can honestly say this is the best company that I have worked for, it is a career and not just a job! I would highly recommend.

this may sound a bit funny but the only Con I have in regards to Astins Ltd is the head office floor. it makes the most horrendous sounds when you walk through the office. other than that I have no Cons in regards to the way the business is run at all.
