Extremely poorly managed sales department Run like an “old boys club” - if the face fits, your in. Sell cars like it’s 1975 still - wheeler dealers. Can’t commit to a reliable commission scheme, it’s all smoke and mirrors. Don’t listen to staff suggestions Won’t change bad habits Lose money and have a terrible accounting process Company credit cards never paid off, staff always have to pay for their customers tax etc. Lack of respect for staff Lack of emotional care for staff Almost all used cars have to come back for re-work Try to flog dodgy motors No committed sales process making admin a nightmare Regularly fail to follow FCA regulations Management falsify customer signatures Fail to tell you about important events to attend and expect you to cancel any personal plans you have on your own time to accommodate managements failures
