Pros
The company was a designed a good place for all call center staffs, very innovative in the beginning 1 years ago. The overseas team was really supportive and helpful during the time when the call center established.
Cons
The core management team is a big problem here, no allow different options and would kick you out form more exposure if they found you were not part of them.
