Pros

I been with the company for most 5 years currently make 30,000 dollars hourly. Add cmmeeting " metric" goals and I can earn an additional 4800 year. Then add possible overtime of 260 the 300 hours which equals at my wage about an additional $5000. very proficient or tenured agents / employee like myself can possibly earn $40,000 a year. Free tv.

Cons

stepping into a salary roll means I have to take a pay cut.the incentive for the employees is 4800 dollars a year supervisors is only $2000 and is based on site attrition. The management does not care if you're at the poverty level the management makes 15 to 25 thousand dollar bonus is and start at 45,000 a year which is underpaid for their own role. after doing the math I found I was working 90 hours a paycheck as a supervisor salary but as an employee i already work 250 to 300 hours of overtime that averages 10 hours or more per paycheck anyway. when I told my manager that didn't want to promote the supervisor and I want to go back to being an agent that bluntly told me that run to my career with the company and they would never promote me for anything ever again. bs kindergarten elementary base stamp incentive for doing your job that pays out yarn pencils paper and other BS as well as sometimes gift cards. ASURION hwill lie to their employees and tell by them that the free TV is worth a certain amount per year. Truly it is if you were an end customer paid for it however most of the employees are on the poverty level and would never purchase that level of programing also ssurion pays nothing for it so they shouldn't be telling the employee it count as part of their benefits or earnings package. Insurance is crappy at best

Pros

The job does pay well and does give you commission and mileage back. It’s 22.05 an hour and .77 cents per mile ( you will drive a lot and your mileage check will probably be the same as your weekly check )

Cons

The job is hyper focused on pushing people to sell VHDP or HTP (VHDP Verizon Home Device Protection ), ( Home Tech Protection ). The job doesn’t really care for the financial situation of a client and will say “ well you could have told them even though they are on a fixed income, they can still get the plan and talk to their ISP about financial hardship “ the staffing is sometimes very scarce and is also very lack of consideration for driving far off with no help if you get stuck. If you happen to have a vehicle issue ( which you will ) you have 7 days to get it back up in running before you get either written up or let go. I did enjoy working for this company, but it was mentally taxing and always was about getting every dollar out the customer even though they already paid for the visit for you to come out, and the phone replacement which they have to pay for monthly. Once you have worked for the company for atleast 90 days you will get a tablet and they will make you start doing Verizon consultation about the customers WiFi and try to sell them these 90 dollar WiFi just so they can make the most money possible. It’s all just give me money even though you already gave me money
