Pros

The pay and benefits are competitive, which initially made me want to convince myself that things might improve. However, the work environment lacks the support found in other BPO companies. In the end, I prioritized my mental health over the benefits because staying would have been detrimental to my well-being.

Cons

The management at Asurion Iloilo is terrible.People are leaving due to the toxic environment and office politics. Upper management needs to take a serious look at this, as dedicated employees are walking away due to a lack of support. While Asurion claims to prioritize coaching, it’s being used as a tool to tear people down. Their tagline feels like nothing more than a meaningless wall decoration.
